Summit Trekking

Aladaglar is a fantastic mountain range for trekkers, with it's deep long valleys, high plateaus, high altitude lakes and splendid flora.

While venturing high above, You will deeply feel the thin air and ıt's magnifence will soon refresh you by all means.

 

If you wish,  experienced and certified  local Guide (  National Park certificate ) is happy to help. 

Here are some daily summit treks:

1. Emler Summit, 3723 mt.: 
The fourth highest summit of Aladaglar which has a splendid view of Yedigöller High Plateau.
General evaluation: An easy climb up scree, the peak offers a grand view of Aladaglar.
Route description: Start from  Aladaglar Camping(1500mt.)  by jeep-4WD until SakartaÅŸ 2300m.  From SakartaÅŸ walk due to Çelikbuyduran pass. From here scramble up the east face on easy scree to summit reach. Descend by the same route.
Time: 6 hours ascent. 4 hours descent.
Eguipment: None
Grade: Simple trekking.
Accomodation: Bungalow, included breakfast, dinner :  60 euro pppn.
Transfer by jeep: 40 euro for 1-2 persons. 
Mountain Guide: 460 euro for 1-2 persons.
The best season for this trek; beginnig of may to end of nowember.
 

2. Demirkazık Summit  3756 mt. : 
The second highest summit of Aladaglar: Demirkazık which has a splendid view of Narpuz valley and Dipsiz göl High Plateaus.
General evaluation: 3 - 4 grade climb up smooth slabs and easy scree. The peak offers a grand view of  all Aladaglar  and Dipsiz göl...
Route description: Start from the Aladaglar Camping(1500mt.)  by jeep-4WD until Sokulupınar 1850m.  From Sokulupınar walk due to Narpuz valley. From here scramble up the south ridge on 3 grade climbing  to summit reach. We don't use rope while we climb up to summit but we can rappel when we climb down from summit. Descend by the same route and can be  3-4 rappeling.
Time: 6 hours ascent. 4 hours descent.
Eguipment: Rope, Harnes, Helmet. Pitons and hummer..
Grade: 3 grade Climbing and trekking.
Accomodation:  Bungalow, included breakfast, dinner: 60 euro pppn.
Transfer by jeep:  40 euro for 1-2 persons.
Mountain Guide: 620 euro for 1-2 persons.
The best season for this trek; beginnig of june to end of october.
 

3. Kızılkaya Summit 3771 mt. - The highest summit of Aladaglar: The highest summit of Aladaglar which has a splendid view of Yedigöller High Plateau.

General evaluation: 3 - 4 grade climb up smooth slabs and easy scree. The peak offers a grand view of  Aladaglar and Yedigöller...

Route description: Start from the Aladaglar Camping(1500mt.)  by jeep-4WD until Sakartas 2300m.  From Sakartas walk due to Celikbuyduran. Before Celikbuyduran  go up to Karasay pass. 3450mt. From here scramble up the southwest  face on 3 - 4 grade climbing  to summit reach. We can use  rope for some passage.Descend by the same route and 2-3 rappeling.

Time: 6 hours ascent. 4 hours descent.

Eguipment: Rope, Harnes, Helmet. Pitons and hummer..

Grade: 3-4 grade Climbing and trekking.

Accomodation:  Bungalow, included Breakfast, dinner : 60 euro pppn.

Transfer by jeep: 40 euro for 1-2 persons.

Mountain Guide: 750 euro for 1-2 persons.

The best season for this trek; beginnig of july to end of september.

4. Yıldız Başı Summit, 3454 mt. :
This summit is situated at the northern sector of Aladaglar.
General evaluation: The climb is an easy scramble the summit providing fine view Yıldız Lake, Dipsiz Lake, Demirkazık East Wall and Maden Valley.
Route description: Start from the Aladaglar Camping(1500mt.)  by jeep-4WD until Arpalık high plateu 2200m.  From Arpalık high plateau walk due to Tekepınarı pass to the Dipsiz valley. From here scramble up the south ridge on easy scree to summit reach. Descend by the same route.
Time: 5 hours ascent. 4 hours descent.
Eguipment: None
Grade: Simple trekking.
Accomodation: Bungalow, included breakfast, dinner:  60 euro pppn.
Transfer by jeep: 40 euro for 1-2 persons.
Mountain Guide: 460 euro for 1-2 persons.
The best season for this trek; beginnig of may to end of nowember.
 

5. Eznevit Summit, 3550 mt. :
A pleasant scramble affording excellent views to the soutern sector of Aladaglar. Especially You can see a splendid view of Emli Valley.                                                  
General evaluation: Climbing on smooth slabs and easy scree. From the summit you can see ; Karayalak valley, Karasay and Kızılkaya summits, Emli valley and Sıyırma valley...
Route description: Start from the Aladaglar Camping(1500mt.)  by jeep-4WD until near Sakartas 2150m.  From Sakartas walk due to Eznevit  plateau 2450m.. From Eznevit  platou, walk up due nort to the base of the west face. Climb up on smooth slabs and easy scree to summit reach. Descend by the same route.
Time: 4 hours ascent. 3 hours descent.

Grade: Simple trekking.
